Jakarta Agency of Drug and Food Control held dangerous food socialization to hundreds of Central Jakarta PKK cadres at SMKN 27, Pasar Baru.

Jakarta BPOM Head, Dewi Prawitasari said this socialization is a part of community empowerment. Hopefully, citizen could choose good quality medicine and food without containing dangerous substances.

"We hope citizen can protect themselves from dangerous food products around them," she added.
Nuriyana (46), Mangga Dua Selatan Urban Village PKK cadre admitted, food information which free from dangerous substances is really needed by citizen. Because many food products such as tofu and snacks are routinely consumed by family.
"At least with explanation that we get, we can be more selective in choosing food products," she closed.
